We offer 1:1 therapy sessions either face to face or online via phone/skype or zoom. A very relaxed but supportive approach to help you with any emotional problems that you may be struggling with, big or small. The type of therapy we offer is fast yet very effective, you will not be looking at months of talking.


Some of these issues may include:

  • trauma or significant life event

  • anxiety

  • stress

  • low self esteem

  • relationship issues

  • Exam Stress

  • negative thought patterns

  • limiting beliefs ('I'm not good enough', 'feeling lost', 'fear of failure' etc)

  • self-injury

  • anything else that might be worrying you.

Now that Covid restrictions have eased, we can once again offer group sessions for you and your families.
